Malibu is a magical place for a wedding and the Adamson House is the perfect location to host one, as well. Amy and Matt did just that. They wanted to get married in front of the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by nature. The grounds of the Adamson House are perfect for photographing a bride and groom. Amy and Matt were surrounded by their very closest family members and friends, the majority being firefighters. How wonderful is that!
I met Amy at the Adamson House, where she was getting ready to marry her best friend. She looked beautiful. Matt was in another part of the Adamson House, waiting to see his wife to be. Amy wanted to give Matt a special little note before the ceremony, but they didn’t want to see each other. So, we solved that by having them give each other the note between a door. Amy wanted that, and we were able to accommodate her wishes.
I wanted to give Amy’s father and her four brothers the pleasure of seeing her before anybody else. I was able to gather all of the guys into the courtyard of the Adamson House and then I brought Amy to them. Tears where flowing because she happens to be the only girl in a family of all boys and she is the baby.. it was Magical!! 😉
