Having an engagement session at Disneyland was a dream come true for April and Bob and of course for me, as well. I love Disneyland, but this time I was there with a purpose. The day was beautiful; perfect temperature and just the right amount of breeze. We spent all afternoon until dusk and everyone had a great time, and I mean everyone, including the thousands of guests that visit the park daily. April and Bob had a HUGE smile on their faces and seeing them together warmed my heart as well..
“Robert and I met in November, 2008. I went to a party at his cousin’s house were we were introduced. At first I thought Robert was a typical “player”, lol , so when he asked for my number I didn’t think he was serious. After a few days with late night conversations, we went on our second date, dinner and a cruise. By then I knew he was totally different. He is a complete teddy bear. We have been together ever since. I find myself a lot like him. We’re adults, but yet big kids at heart.
He proposed to me on Valentine’s Day, 2011. We both had to work late that day, so with the mad rush of Valentine’s Day, I was going to cook dinner for him at home. As I was cooking dinner, he came up behind me, grabbed my hand and was confessing his love for me. Just then he dropped down on his knee and popped the question. I happily said yes and couldn’t even finish cooking the food.”
